Gippsland Guided Meditation
Join us fortnightly on Wednesdays to break up your week and lead you onward in your relaxed state into your weekend.
Joy, founder of Mind Body Joy, loves sharing this experience to allow people to stop, slow, and become present in an hour of meditation.
The meditations are a guided meditation suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators
Meditations will vary and will include ones you may not have tried before like
– open-eye meditation
– walking meditation
– movement meditation
– sound with Tibetan, crystal singing bowls, and steel drum
Classes run for 60 minutes and include:
– free gift when you join us for the first time,
– meditation mats or chairs provided
– 1hr Mindful Meditation
– Beautiful detoxifying drink
– Wisdom card reading
– Private FB support group.
